Accessibility Statement

Our aim is for Hetaf to be usable by everyone: the standard we work to, the limitations we know about, and how to report a barrier.

We want everyone to be able to use the Hetaf website and platform, including people with disabilities and people who use assistive technology. This statement describes our work honestly and is not a certification of conformance.

1Our target

We aim for level AA of the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 published by the W3C. The site has not yet had an independent audit, so we do not claim full conformance.

2What we do

  • Arabic first with correct right-to-left layout, an English version of every public page, and each page's language declared.
  • A skip-to-content link, and keyboard navigation with a visible focus indicator.
  • Colours whose contrast we measure to reach at least 4.5:1 for body text.
  • Respect for your device's reduced-motion setting, which stops non-essential motion.
  • Text no smaller than 12px, and pages that work when zoomed and on small screens without horizontal scrolling.
  • Ordered headings, text alternatives for meaningful images, and labels for forms and buttons.

3Known limitations

  • The live demo call is audio only and does not currently show a written transcript of what the agent says during the call. You can book a demo with our team instead.
  • The security check on some forms comes from a third party and may not work well with every assistive technology. If it blocks you, email us.
  • Some animations and interactive previews on the home page are still being reviewed.

4Report a barrier

If you have difficulty using any part of Hetaf, email support@hetaf.ai with the page link, a description of the problem, and the browser or assistive technology you use. We acknowledge every report, help you reach the information or service another way, and work on a fix.

This document is published in Arabic and English. If the two versions differ, the Arabic version governs.
